Ada News seeks beautiful babies

Ada —

With an all-woman advertising sales staff, the ooohs and aahhs coming for the west end of the building can only mean one thing: it's time for The Ada News' Babies on Parade 2013 kickoff.

Last year, Ricklyn Jasna was judged by readers to be the most adorable. This year's winner will be determined by readers beginning Jan. 21 through Feb. 11. If last year is any indication, reader votes will be heavy so crowning this year's winner will be competitive, according to advertising director Maurisa Nelson.

You can find details on page 7 of today's issue. First place is a $500 savings bond and second place is worth a $250 savings bond.

You can enter a photo of your favorite baby by either mailing the entry form to the newspaper, dropping a photo off at the newspaper or by visiting our website at www.theadanews.com, filling out an entry form and attaching a photo. The grand prize winner will be featured on the cover of the 2013 Babies on Parade section in the Feb. 24 edition.
