Marjorie Walker McGrew and William E. Thompson, both of Dallas, were married Sept. 24, 2011, in a family ceremony conducted poolside at the Highland Park home of the bride’s parents, Richard and Nan McGrew.
The setting overlooked the Dallas Country Club golf course and the ceremony was performed by Dr. O.S. Hawkins, a long time family friend and former pastor of First Baptist Church of Ada. Brunch followed the wedding.
The couple honeymooned in the Napa Valley and are at home in Dallas, where the bride is CEO of her household and the groom is affiliated with EDGE Tech Corporation, a company founded by his son Jeff Thompson.
