Stonewall teachers awarded mini-grants

Stonewall —

Mini-grants awarded to Stonewall teachers by the Stonewall-McLish Education Foundation are now being implemented.  Totaling more than $3,000, these 2012 grants rewarded teachers for their dedication to providing an outstanding learning environment for students.  This is the goal of the grants’ program, according to Janelle Robinson, SMEF president.

Grants were awarded based on creativity and innovation, the number of students who would benefit and the longevity of the materials requested.  These classroom-based projects enhance and enrich the learning environment for students of all grades on both the Stonewall and McLish campuses.

For more information on the Stonewall-McLish Education Foundation or to provide a donation, phone Janelle Robinson, SMEF president, at 580-777-2704.
