Louise Carpitche

Konawa —  

Louise Carpitche, 76,  a lifelong Konawa resident, died Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2012, at her home in Konawa.

Louise was born April 3, 1936, in Ada to Coffee and Sallie (Burgess) Carpitche.

She is survived by her brother, Lewis Carpitche of Konawa, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Seminole Arbeka Baptist Church in Konawa, with burial at Vamoosa Cemetery. The Rev. George Harjocee will officiate at the service.

There will be a wake service from 6:30 to 8 p.m. today at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Konawa, and on Friday evening at the Seminole Arbeka Baptist Church.

Funeral services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
