DORIS HARRISON

ADA — Private family services will be held at a later date for Doris M. Harrison, 79, Ada, formerly of Roff.

Mrs. Harrison died Sunday, July 22, 2012, at a local hospital. She was born Dec. 3, 1932, in Clarita, Okla. She attended Coalgate and Ada schools.

She married Toy M. Harrison on May 7, 1948. He died Nov. 16, 2008.

Mrs. Harrison was a manager for Witherspoon Finance Company for 23 years until her retirement.

Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Tylene and Herbert Teel, Ada, and Marilyn and Joel Andrews, Roff; one son, Gary Harrison, Roff; one brother and sister-in-law, Ernest Paul and Peggy  Fanning, Coalgate; a sister and brother-in-law, Zanola Pearl and Don Pratt, Spokane, Wash.; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Haskell and Barbara Harrison of Ada; her grandchildren, Marty Harrison and wife Andi, Marla Harrison, Shane Andrews and wife Jennifer, Buddy Andrews and wife LaDeana, Robin McCullar and husband Jerel, Harrison Teel, and Michael Teel and wife Britney; five great-grandchildren, Bryton Andrews, Jagger Andrews, Brinlee Andrews, Maddux McCullar and Hank Harrison.

She was preceded in death by a great-granddaughter, Haley Harrison.
