Ada — HARRY JORDAN

ADA — Funeral services for Harry W. Jordan, 54, Ada, are 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 10, 2012, at Trinity Baptist Church in Ada. Officiating is the Rev. Shawn Priddy and assisting is the Rev. Mike Calhoun.  Burial follows at Swan Hill Cemetery in Ada.

Family to welcome friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Smith-Phillips Funeral Home.

Mr. Jordan died Friday, July 6, 2012, at an Ada hospital. He was born Aug. 15, 1957, in Hominy to Harry Stanley Jordan and Billie Mae Riber Jordan.

He married Kimberly Lakey on Nov. 4, 1982,  in Oklahoma City.  

Mr. Jordan graduated from Ada High School in 1975, was a longtime resident of Ada, and was a member of Morris Memorial Baptist Church in Latta.  He was also the owner of the Jordan Insurance Agency for many years.  

Mr. Jordan is survived by his wife, Kim Jordan of the home; three sons, Skeeter Jordan and fiance` Abbie Knudsen of Oklahoma City, Justin Jordan and fiance` Terrill Story of Perkins, and Adam Jordan of the home; four daughters, Sidnee Jordan of Ada and Nichole, Audrey, and Amanda Jordan all of the home; two sisters, Karen Chiles of Ada, and Cheryl Woods and husband Vic of Calvin; and two grandchildren, Tatum and Tegan Dickson of Perkins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry S. and Billie Jordan.

Bearers are Stan Cochran, Phil Shivers, Russell Eaves, Jeff Williams, Kevin Beam, Dean Schaffer, Mike Humble and Justin Cowan.

Honorary bearers are James Treas and Al Shorman.
