Lyric's 'Some Enchanted Evening' to grace ECU stage

For one afternoon only, the cast of Lyric Theatre will perform of Oklahoma’s Some Enchanted Evening at the Hallie Brown Ford Fine Arts Center on East Central University’s campus. The performance will be held on Sunday, Feb. 17, at 3 p.m.

The production is a rousing review of Rodgers & Hammerstein music that recently debuted at Lyric’s Plaza Theatre to kick off the theatre’s 50th Anniversary season. The performance at ECU is in honor of the Chickasaw Nation’s sponsorship of Lyric.

Tickets cost $5 for adults and $2.50 for children under the age of 12. Admission is free for ECU fine arts season ticket holders. The performance takes place in the Chalmers Herman Theatre, so seating is limited.
