Pharmacy tech bound over on overdose death

Allen —  

A former pharmacy technician charged with allegedly selling prescription drugs to a man who overdosed and died was bound over Tuesday for formal arraignment.

Zebakiah Nemecek, 20, Allen, was bound over for formal arraignment an a charge of first-degree murder after Judge Steven Kessinger found enough probable cause to believe the crime was committed.
