A Pontotoc County man accused of using a cell phone to take a photograph under a woman’s skirt was arrested without incident Tuesday in Ada, according to the Ada Police Department.
Donald D. Stockton was booked into Pontotoc County Justice Center on suspicion of using photographic equipment to view the private areas of a person in a clandestine manner, which is a misdemeanor, according to the police department. He was released on his own recognizance and forbidden to contact the victim.
The charges stem from a June 1 incident at the Ada Walmart Super Center, 1419 N. Country Club Road, according to an affidavit in the case.
