Ada — A retirement party will be held for Dr. Jack Howard from 4 p.m.to 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 10th at Café Monte Vista located inside Valley View Regional Hospital. Dr. Howard is a 35-year orthopedic surgeon with the hospital. The public is invited to attend.
