The following candidates have filed for the office of the Ada City Council according to the Pontotoc County Election Board:
Councilmember, Ward 1: Bryan Morris and Daniel Christopher Mull.
Councilmenber, Ward 3: Darrell Nemecek (incumbent) and Bill Rice.
Councilmember at large: Greg McCortney (incumbent) and Don Rice.
The filing period ended at 5 p.m. Thursday.
The Ada municipal election will take place March 5.
