A local mother and daughter were charged Tuesday with conspiracy to distribute and deliver controlled dangerous drugs, following their arrest Monday on the East Central University campus.
A member of the Ada Police Department’s narcotics unit said Linda Karyl Frazier, 63, and Lashon Vanessa Davis, 42, were arrested after they arrived at the corner of 12th and Francis streets, next to the southeast door of ECU’s Faust Hall.
