Wednesday - Breakfast/brunch: Scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, fresh orange slices, hash brown potatoes, French toast sticks, margarine and syrup, cinnamon roll or sweet roll and milk.

Thursday - Breakfast/brunch: Sausage, egg and cheese casserole, orange juice, hash browns, biscuits, margarine, jelly, spice cake and milk.

Friday - Chef’s salad with eggs, meat and cheese, mandarin oranges, crackers, salad dressing, chocolate chip cookies and milk.
