Shea Posey and Matt Pierce, both of Shawnee, are exchanging wedding vows Dec. 22, 2012, at Trinity Baptist Church. Brant O'Connor is officiating the 4 p.m. ceremony.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Tony Posey and Ken and Lisa Howry, all of Ada. Grandparents are Blaine and Janie Walters, Shirley Posey and the late Harold Posey.
Parents of the future bridegroom are Robert Pierce and Terri Pierce, Ada. Grandparents are Albert and Gwen Pierce, Sheldon Wilson and the late Mary Wilson.
The bride-to-be graduated from Ada High School in 2006. She graduated in 2010 with a business finance degree from East Central University. She is employed by Sandridge Energy Inc. as a treasury assistant.
The future bridegroom graduated in 1998 from Byng High School. He graduated in 2002 from ECU with a degree in education. He is employed by Shawnee Public Schools as a baseball coach and history teacher.
